UK Delivery and registered international airmail is FREE. Delivery lead times usually take between 10 and 14 days. Our items are based in the UK, US and China. The majority of our orders are dispatched from either the US or China.
Express shipping is available via DHL courier and usually takes between 3-5 days. This is a signed service. If your order exceeds 2.0kg (4.4 pounds), then this is the only shipping option available. Express Courier is £25.00 for all items.
There are some countries not served by DHL and there are some areas within the countries they do serve that they call Remote Areas and have an additional £16.00 surcharge. If you live in one of these areas, we will inform you and ask if you want to use DHL, or possibly a less expensive alternative.

Any import duties, taxes and charges that may incur are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Tracking:
Tracking is available to the following countries:
Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Korea, Republic of, Malaysia, Malta, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America.
Returns:
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.
Buyer will have to pay for return postage.
If your item was damaged upon delivery then we will give this matter our immediate attention. Simply contact us via email, and we will respond as quickly as possible.
Pictures of the damaged item(s), as well as the package they were shipped in, should be taken and copies sent to us.
If the item is to be returned for other than damage reasons, then an admin charge of £3.00 to cover sourcing, ordering, tracking and communication costs will be deducted from refund.
